Allely Estate is available for hire any time between 7 am and 3 am, 7 days a week

Friday and Saturday – $1200 (Normally $1800)
Sunday through Thursday – $950 (Normally $1200)

Six hour exclusive venue, with venue set up, clearing in and cleaning
Table linen, table ware, chairs, tables, glassware,
free car parking on site for 70 + vehicles
All furniture as seen on the premises
Fairy lights as seen on the premises

Marquee can host up to 216 guests on round tables/ 240 guests on banquet tables
350 Guests for Cocktail events

The Villa can seat up to 110 guests or 150 Cocktail events

If you wish to hire Alley Estate for over six hours:  we charge a flat rate of $400 per hour

At Allely Estate you can enjoy a garden celebration any time of year in our all season stunning Marquee. Set among mature trees and manicured gardens with a clear vista you still feel part of the outdoors.

Alternatively, bring your celebration into the Villa and relax with cocktails by the warmth of the fire, the choice is yours.

Perhaps a cocktail event in our landscaped grounds with a day of outdoor activities, a formal Christmas lunch in our Chandelier dining room overlooking the property or an elaborate dinner in the newly created Marquee set among the spacious garden.

Allely Estate has a range of flexible facilities to cater for an intimate gathering for a small group to a large scale event.

We can recommend entertainers and are happy to arrange extra theming and decorations for the venue at an additional cost.  Allely Estate has a team of professional, friendly staff to look after every detail and ensure your Christmas Party is a success.

What a line-up of cars in the Allely Estate car park! – this was during an event for Lamborghini at Allely Estate last week.

Clients enjoyed delectable treats for morning and afternoon tea and a long leisurely lunch while Lamborghini showcased their luxurious cars. The Drive Day on the surrounding country roads was a success on a beautiful winter’s day.

Exciting times ahead for Allely Estate as the doors are opened after extensive refurbishment and grand developments. 

New owners have restored this beautiful property and aligned food and silver service standards to those of their premium and superbly successful city waterfront venue.
