- Manage the kitchen staff- including rostering, hiring, managing and training.
- Have experience in managing a catering environment for up to 400 guests.
- Promote a team environment by looking after your team.
- Have prior experience as a Head/Executive Chef.
- Reliability and passion for the role and the business.
- Willing to have an open mind and work with the owners in weekly/ monthly management meetings.
- Calm under pressure and promotes a fun environment.
- Have flexibility to work weekends and nights, over the course of a 7-day week.
