What if I book and Alert levels change?

This is a question we’re hearing A LOT – and for good reason! 
 
Having been affected by two lockdowns so far, we have a well-established plan of attack should another lockdown happen or levels change and you can’t have the number of guests you require.
 
If you book an event with us (wedding, charity event, corporate party or otherwise) and your event is affected by government restrictions brought upon by Covid-19, these are the alternate options…
 
  • We can change the date of your event. We’ll work with you to find another date that suits and just postpone your event to a later date. Your initial deposit can be transferred to that new date at Allely Estate with no penalty. 

  • If your new date is within 12 months of your original date, we will honour your original pricing, even if pricing has gone up.

  • Alternatively, if you choose to cancel your event entirely, we will refund 50% of your deposit. 
 
We understand this is a time of uncertainty. At times, it’s life as normal and we’ve been able to hold weddings and functions without interruption! But if you’re concerned changing levels might affect your booking, we understand and want you to feel comfortable with what the alternatives might be if you’ve booked with us.
