Q. Why did you choose Allely Estate as your Wedding venue?
Beautiful gardens, everything you need in the one place, friendly staff, spacious, private and all round beautiful place.
Q. Did you have a theme or vibe?
Casual vibe and boho type theme.
Q. Did you incorporate any tradition?
Just the usual – cake cutting, first dance and speeches.
Q. What was your best decision about the wedding?
The people we invited and the venue we chose – it was small, and intimate and we had the best time with the best people. The venue was amazing and couldn’t be happier with it.
Q. What advice do you have for other couples?
Relax, make sure you set aside time to take it all in together, and don’t worry about the schedule (it will all go to plan no matter what).
Q. How did you both meet? What is your personal 'love story'?
We met many years ago through my brother – Matt and him were best friends in school and the connection grew between us over the years.
Q. Tell us about your favourite wedding moment?
Where do I start?! The ceremony was just perfect, and just spending our night with our closest friends and family.
Q. What special touches were important to you?
Boys getting ready at the venue beforehand, having time to socialise with our family after the ceremony (before going for photos), having shade and seats for my grandparents and, having the back room for my sisters and their babies.
Q. Any further comments?
Couldn’t be happier with our day, looking back on it we wouldn’t change a thing and we are still getting compliments about the day from our guests. Absolute dream day.
We absolutely loved having our wedding at Allely. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and our guests loved the food and service. Athina was such a big help all the way through the process and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Allely for our special day.
